Who we are

We are a group of women structured under the remit of the SwissFinTechladies, who help the FinTech, Tech and Blockchain ecosystem to actively encourage more women into both holding senior management positions within startups, and being shareholders of tech companies.

The problem we identified

The tech industry at large is still very much male dominated through the different funding stages, from seed to VC.

Women are currently not shareholders, owning less than one percent of the value of fintechs globally. Imagine what this means 50 years from now? They do not have skin in the game. 

At the same time we see many startups and early stage companies who are committed to increasing female participation, but cite the commonly misconceived mantra that they have a hard time finding them.

Let's counter this and multiply our impact together!   

Our solution

With the support of our expert Advisory Board, we are a catalyst for increasing female shareholding and female participation in fintech and bridge the gaps in founding and funding through our two programmes:
